Under Samir Doshi’s leadership SamT Construction has become more than a general contractor. The company brings creative negotiating skills, problem-solving capabilities and an analytical approach to projects large and small, including new construction and renovations of senior-living facilities, medical and dental offices, multifamily complexes, and civic recreational and administrative areas.
SamT Construction is built on a foundation of design, engineering and construction expertise that spans more than 20 years. Principal experience includes work with a real estate company that excels at design, engineering and construction of large multifamily projects, and a specialized scheduling and consulting company.
